1. DATA COLLECTION / STORAGE 
We do not store any credit card details. After you press "Proceed to Secure Payment", you will be automatically transferred in a secured SSL Bank Gateway to complete the payment.

2. SECURITY 
Our site uses SSL encryption (SHA 256,128-bit) to secure the communication of all sensitive information passing between your browser and our servers. To confirm that it is a secure connection, you should see the https:// and Green Lock/Secure in the URL. The “https” indicates that it’s using SSL. Furthermore, you should see a yellow lock at the bottom right corner of your browser. If you have reason to believe that any account with us is no longer secure, you must immediately contact us.

3. The deposit can be paid by credit, debit, or prepaid card through our secure payment page.

4. All payments are in € (Euro).

5. The cruise schedule and/or route is always subject to change depending on weather conditions.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations up to 15 days prior to the reservation date there is no cancellation fee.
For cancellations within 15 days prior to the reservation date, the entire rental fee will be charged.
In case of guests' error in the reservation dates or a guest non-show, the entire rental fee will be charged. 
In case of invalid identification provided by the guest, we reserve the right to deny the rental. In such cases the entire rental fee will be charged.

7. REFUND POLICY
Deposits/Prepayments are non refoundable.
In case of a cancellation up to 15 days prior to the reservation date, our bank requires the following client's details to proceed with a refund calculated per rental case according with the terms on paragraph 6 (CANCELLATION POLICY).
